Introduction

Time Door is a time series analysis REST API service ("service") developed and maintained by 10D UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("us", "we", or "our"). The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. By using or accessing the service, the user ("user" or "you") acknowledges to have read and accepted the terms of service. The claim to use our service can only be made by commercial customers.

Account

Access to the service requires the registration of a user account. There is no claim to participation. We are authorized to reject registrations without giving reasons.

The information you provide to us must be correct, complete and up to date at all times. Failure to do so will be a violation of the terms of service and may result in immediate termination of your account.

During the registration process, the user will be asked to provide an e-mail address and a password of his choice and to agree to the terms of service and our privacy policy. With this data and after verifying the provided email address, the user can sign into the account and use our service.

You are entirely and alone responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You are liable for any use and/or other activity carried out with the access data in accordance with the statutory regulations.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately without notice or liability for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, if you breach the terms. After termination, your right to use the service expires immediately.

If you wish to discontinue your account, you can simply stop using the service or delete your account. You can request the deletion of your account data by contacting us.

Free Trial

We offer free trial access to our service via a limited free usage contingent of 100000 milliseconds computation time. If the free contingent is used up, you will be asked to provide a credit card to continue using the service.

Billing

All prices are quoted in US dollars and include 19% VAT.

Payment within the chargeable service is made with a valid credit or debit card via the Stripe booking service and only to countries supported by Stripe. You provide us with accurate and complete billing information. By submitting this payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all usage fees incurred through your account.

The service is billed on a usage basis. You will be billed once per month if your current usage charges are $0.50 or higher. If your current usage charges are below $0.50, they will be transferred to the next month.

The usage charges result from the total time (duration) of all your invoked requests. Duration is calculated from the time your invoked computations begin executing until they return or terminate, rounded up to the nearest 100ms.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, we will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

We may change all prices at any time and without notice.

Changes

Any part of the service may be changed or removed at any time without notice. If a revision is essential, we will try to inform you at least multiple days in advance. What constitutes a significant revision will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to use our service after the changes take effect, you agree to the new conditions. If you do not agree with the new conditions, you can simply stop using the service or delete your account.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our service. The service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on our website.

We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information presented on our website, including prices, documentations, specifications, availability and services. We have the right to change or update any information and correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without notice.

Requests invoking statistical computations that take longer than 60 seconds are automatically terminated by us. You will be charged for these requests.

Requests can fail because of errors of the service. You will be charged for these requests. We encourage you to bring every error to our attention, so that we can try to reproduce it (especially if you provide us with the request that caused the error). We will try to fix every error as soon as possible.

Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. We assume no responsibility for the correctness of the results.

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

We do not warrant (1) that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or place; (2) that any errors or defects will be corrected; (3) that your use of the service will meet your requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

The terms of service shall solely be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these terms of service shall be Kassel, Germany.

Severability

Should any provision of the terms of service be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining clauses. In place of the invalid clause, a valid clause shall be deemed to have been agreed which comes closest in economic terms to the clause intended by the parties.
